Probiotics and Me

As I explore gut health, I’ve learned that microbiota diversity is key. While probiotics help, they can’t fully replicate the variety our gut needs. That’s why I cycle different probiotics and incorporate spore biotics, which stimulate natural microbiome growth. I’m also excited to dive into prebiotics, which nourishes gut bacteria at the source. A healthy gut is the foundation of well-being, and I look forward to sharing more on how we can support it.
